Refund Policy
SMSNoKYC sells digital goods — virtual numbers for receiving SMS. Because those are delivered instantly and consumed on use, refunds follow the rules set out below.
The core rule: pay for a number, get no SMS, and your balance comes back on its own. You are only ever charged for codes that actually land.
1. Automatic Balance Refunds
In each of the cases below your balance is refunded automatically, and there is nothing for you to file:
- No SMS arrives: when a number you bought never receives the expected code within the service window, the balance is put straight back.
- Number cannot be assigned: if a number cannot be handed to you after purchase — say the provider has run out — the charge is undone on the spot.
- You cancel first: drop an active order before any SMS shows up and the balance returns to you.
2. Rental Refunds
- Rentals are paid up front for the whole period you pick. Time you do not use is not refunded in part.
- Should a rented number go dark for good because of a fault on our end mid-rental, we may, at our own discretion, credit back a pro-rata share of the balance.
3. Deposits & Balance Top-Ups
Every crypto deposit is final and cannot be refunded. Once the blockchain confirms it, the matching balance is added to your account, and it can neither be withdrawn nor turned back into cryptocurrency.
- There is no joining fee — opening an account is free. Money you add by top-up reaches your balance in full and works for any service, but once funded it cannot be converted back to fiat.
- Further top-ups are likewise non-refundable. Whatever balance you do not spend simply stays on the account (subject to the inactivity rule in our Terms of Service).
- We do not do cash-outs, withdrawals, or moving balance between accounts.
4. When Refunds Are NOT Applicable
No refund or balance credit applies in these situations:
- Code arrives but the target app rejects it: if the SMS reached you and the outside service then refused or blocked the number, the order counts as fulfilled.
- You picked the wrong option: choosing the wrong service or country is not grounds for a refund once a number has already been assigned.
- Account closed for cause: an account shut down for breaching our Terms of Service forfeits any balance still on it.
- You overpaid in crypto: send more coin than the amount shown and the surplus cannot be returned — always transfer exactly what is displayed.
- Coins sent to the wrong place: funds dispatched to an incorrect wallet address are not something we are able to recover.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a refund looks wrong, or a technical problem calls for a manual look, reach us through the support channels on the platform. We review disputes one by one, and every decision is final.
6. Changes to This Policy
This Refund Policy can change at any time; the "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the current version.
