Refunds and Balance Credits
Everything sold on SmsNoKYC is a digital good — virtual numbers that receive verification texts. Delivery is instant and consumption is immediate, so refund handling follows the specific rules laid out on this page.
The core rule: a number that never receives its SMS costs you nothing — the charge flows back to your balance on its own. Successful delivery is the only thing you ever pay for.
1. Automatic Credits to Your Balance
Three situations trigger an automatic credit back to your account balance — you never have to file anything:
- Code never arrived: when the expected SMS fails to reach a purchased number before the timeout expires, the full price returns to your balance by itself.
- Assignment failed: should the upstream carrier run dry and no number can be issued after checkout, the debit is undone on the spot.
- You cancelled first: cancelling a live order before any SMS lands puts the amount straight back on your balance.
2. Rented Numbers
- Rentals are charged in full for the chosen term — 7, 14, 30, or 90 days. Unused rental time is not partially refunded.
- When a fault on our side leaves a rented number permanently dead mid-term, a pro-rata balance credit may be granted — this remains discretionary.
3. Crypto Deposits and Top-Ups
Every crypto deposit is final. The moment the network confirms your transaction, the equivalent balance lands on your account — and it can never be pulled back out or converted to coins again.
- Opening an account is free and requires no upfront deposit. When you top up — $25 minimum, $1,000 maximum, 8 coins accepted — the full amount lands on your balance and spends on any service. Once funded, balance cannot be converted back to fiat.
- Later top-ups follow the same rule: non-refundable. Whatever you do not spend simply stays on the account without expiry, subject only to the inactivity clause in the Terms of Service.
- Cash-outs, withdrawals, and account-to-account balance moves are not available.
4. Cases With No Refund
The situations below never qualify for a refund or a balance credit:
- The code arrived but the platform refused it: delivery is our obligation — acceptance by the third-party service is not. A delivered code closes the order.
- You picked the wrong country or service: once a number has been assigned to that order, selection mistakes cannot be credited.
- Banned accounts: a termination for breaching the Terms of Service wipes out any balance still on the account.
- You sent too much crypto: anything above the displayed amount is lost. Copy the exact figure shown before broadcasting.
- Funds sent to the wrong wallet: transfers to an incorrect address are outside our reach and outside our responsibility.
5. Disputes
Convinced a credit went missing, or hit a technical fault that deserves human eyes? Open a ticket through the in-app support desk. Every dispute gets an individual review — and the outcome of that review is final.
6. Policy Updates
This Refund Policy may be revised whenever necessary. The Last updated stamp above shows the version in force, and continued use of SmsNoKYC counts as acceptance of it.
