Terms of Service

Using SMSNoKYC in any way means you accept these Terms of Service in full. If any part is unacceptable to you, please do not use the site.

1. Service Description

SMSNoKYC hands out temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes, running on a prepaid, cryptocurrency-funded balance. Numbers are supplied as-is, for single-use activations or for fixed-term rentals.

2. Account & Access

Every account is opened anonymously from a single access seed you generate yourself — no email, no password, and no personal detail is ever attached to it.
That access seed is the one thing that signs you in. Lose it and the account, together with any balance sitting on it, is gone for good. Nothing on our side can reset or restore it.
Keeping the seed safe rests entirely with you, and we treat anything done with it as something you authorised.
Opening the account costs nothing; to buy a number you first top the balance up by whatever amount you choose, and the full deposit lands on your balance.

3. Payments & Balance

Everything is settled in cryptocurrency, with 20+ coins taken (BTC, XMR, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, LTC, XRP, TRX, TON, DOGE, POL, BCH, DASH, ADA, AVAX, ZEC). Fiat currencies are not accepted.
A deposit reaches your balance the moment its blockchain transaction is confirmed.
Every price is shown in USD and turned into crypto at the market rate that applies at the instant you pay.
Once made, a transaction stands — crypto payments are irreversible by design. Our Refund Policy sets out the cases where an exception applies.

4. Use of Virtual Numbers

A number is either shared between users for one-off verifications or held solely for you under a rental. Shared one-time numbers are never exclusive.
For the length of a rental the number is yours alone; the moment the rental runs out, it goes back into circulation.

5. Acceptable Use

By using the Service you agree that you will NOT:

Commit fraud, identity theft, or anything unlawful under the laws that apply to you.
Harass, threaten or cause harm to any person or organisation.
Send spam or run phishing of any kind.
Break the terms of any third-party platform you sign up to.
Resell access outside the sub-account and API features we provide for that purpose.

Any account we reasonably believe is engaged in the above may be suspended or closed without refund.

6. Service Availability

Outside platforms can block or restrict virtual numbers whenever they wish, and that lies beyond anything we can control.
Which numbers are in stock for a given country or service can shift at any time and without warning.

7. Limitation of Liability

So far as the law allows, SMSNoKYC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is capped at the amount of your most recent deposit.

8. Account Termination

An account that breaks these Terms may be paused or closed with no notice and no refund.
You are free to leave the Service whenever you like; any leftover balance cannot be moved elsewhere or cashed out (see the Refund Policy).
Accounts left untouched — no sign-in for 12 months or more — may be cleared out along with whatever balance remains on them.

9. Service Modifications

We may change, pause or withdraw any part of the Service at any time, and prices, features and availability can move without notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms can be updated at any time; the "Last updated" date above marks the latest revision, and it is on you to re-read them from time to time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms follow applicable international commercial practice, and any dispute is to be settled first through good-faith negotiation.
