Contact & Support
Support stays where your account stays — never in a public inbox. Since SMSNoKYC holds no email, name or identity about you, the quickest and most private route to us is the tooling built into the site. The assistant answers most questions in seconds, and anything about an order, a balance or a refund is right there in your dashboard.
In-app assistant
Tap the chat bubble in the corner of any page. It handles questions on pricing, countries, apps, payments and orders, day or night, in your own language.
Account dashboard
Log in to see your orders, deposits and automatic refunds. For anything tied to a particular number or payment, the dashboard is the definitive record. Go to dashboard.
Why we run without an email address
On purpose. A public inbox would mean gathering and storing messages — and frequently personal details — from people who picked SMSNoKYC exactly so they would not leave that trail. Holding every exchange inside the signed-in panel and the assistant means we can help without ever building a record of who wrote in and why. It is the same principle behind no-KYC, no-email signup and crypto-only payment.
Developers & AI agents
Building on SMSNoKYC? The API documentation and the agent interface (MCP / x402) walk through authentication, endpoints and error handling from end to end. The machine-readable llms.txt and openapi.json sit at the root of the site.
Policies
Before you write in, the answer might already be in our Terms of Service, Refund Policy or Privacy Policy — undelivered codes, for instance, are refunded on their own without you asking.
